Spamming without CPA consent
I have received 14 spam emails now from Vodacom 4U Nicolway requesting me to upgrade a contract which I have repeatedly stated I do not want to upgrade.
The e-mail further goes so far as to violate the Consumer Protection Act on electronic advertising as it does not give me an opt-out option to the spam mail.
It is apparent that the organisation has no interest in adhering to client wishes although I have expressed directly to them and their agents that I do not give consent to be contacted I get spammed continuously. If this continues I will be forced to refer this for enforcement to the CPA.
