Spamming on ussd looking for balances

Why have you programmed your #111* usd to go mostly to 0) ShakeUp Summer instead of 1) Balances when 1 is selected. I think this is ********* and spam that it does not always go to 1) Balances. Same on my wife's phone so we are not making incorrect choices. One then has to do the whole story again and second time round it goes to balances. This has been for a few months now!
