SPAM SMS
Receiving spam despite requesting them to stop is frustrating and shows a lack of respect for my preferences. Their failure to address this issue appropriately reflects poorly on their customer service and communication practices.
I've requested them to stop sending me promotional SMS's but it didn't stop it increased.
