Spam Prizes From Vodacom

I am very disappointed i won a R200 cash prize with vodacom on the 29th Jan 2021, and now its going on to akmost 5 months and still have not received anything. Every time i call no consultant can help, they keep saying im on the call list. There was a consultant about 2 months ago whom took my address for delivery of the voucher but still have not heard anything. Could someone senior at vodacom perhaps look into and give me proper feedback. My contact details are *** and yes this is the number i have won the prize in. I look foward to hearing from vodacom soon with hopefully not another excuse.
