Spam and Content subscriptions

My mother-in-law is constantly receiving SMS from spammers and ********.

She upgraded her a phone about 3 weeks ago and has now been sent a message:

Confirm your request for Smartphone S7 and R7/day new SIM R7.00 per day. Reply "Yes" to confirm/"No" to cancel, free SMS.

Now she has obviously never requested this nonsense, so why is she receiving this?

How do I stop this? The information on the My Vodacom site shows us how to View Content Services but her account does not show this option yet clearly she has this issue.

Vodacom we expect a solution for this! We know You along with other companies sell our details... so yes this is your problem.
