SPAM!!!
This branch keeps sending spam unsolicited spam sms's about being pre-approved for a new contract. I have REPEATEDLY requested to be taken off all of the marketing lists they have and believe this marketing communication to now be in breach of The Electronic Communications and Transactions Act.
