South African Service with Vodacom

Re activation of cell OR NOT

There was money outstanding, that we paid in the shop. Everything was mailed to Vodacom that day.

We were told to wait 7 working day's and it will be activated. Needless to say it was not activated.

After a 6 hour return drive back to the shop on 16 November we were told that we now need to pay more money. We did this in the shop again, again the paperwork was mailed to Vodacom on that day.

We enquire about this activation after it was still not on, on the 3rd of December 2016 at the Voda Shop in Pietersburg, once again we were told to wait, and it would be on.

After 3 hours and 4 calls to Vodacom we were told that the sim is active and working on there side, then we were told to wait 5 minutes then put the fone on again. The next call we were advised to talk to accounts, they then told us that the sim card no is not on there system.

We were told to go to a Vodacom shop close to us - 3 hours drive. This would be the 4th visit to Vodacom - 2 400 Km to try and get a Vodacom account re activated!!

Is this the Service that we should be happy with?????
