Sort out the basics!
Voicemail is not working - cannot dial 132 it fails to connect, and my clients cannot leave a message. Called Vodacom customer care, they can only reset it - so I lose all my voicemails. Still not working. Called Customer care again, the phone is not answered. I am on a contract, why can't you provide the service I am paying for! Plus I have had 3 sms this morning trying to promote Vodacom add-on services and promotions. You are kidding me, right?
