Sort out my Problem and give my Money Back

So i did a relocation on my fiber and then this happens Vodacom deducted money of my account witch i phoned 2 months in advance to make sure they correct that and not deduct the money , and the end of the day they deducted the money any way on the 1ste of May , i have been on several calls with numerous people every time i get a difference answer they decided for me that the money will go towards the new statement that should only be debited on the 1st of June after i told them i want the money back now the latest story is i must wait 14 days for them to refund the money , but they did not wait 14 day to take it after several discussions with them i need someone for Vodacom Head office to give me a call on *** a get this sorted out by end of business today
