SORT OUT MY ACCOUNT

<p>I took up a 24 months contract on the 03 May 2014 till May 2016, on the 23rd month (April 2016), i upgraded online with a P8 lite. The contract i took was for R219.00 for 24 months beraing in mind the handset fee of the old contract which was R149.00.</p> <p> </p> <p>I asked the online consultant who was assisting me with teh uggrade how much i will pay at the end of April and she said R219 (New contract) and the R149.00 for the old Contract amounting to R368.00 for April 2016. I was happy with that arrangement.</p> <p> </p> <p>Before my debit order i received an invoce via email for an amount of R509.00 which i enquired back and forth with no joy, i spoke to the online supervisor who advised me that he will follow up, listen to the recordings till no feedback (this was on the 25 April), waited fr feedback on the 28th after the holiday no response and the amount went off my account. I advised that if i dont get any feedback i will reverse that amount which i eventually did.</p> <p> </p> <p>Enquired again via their online services still no response, the guy who was helping me eventually called me and still no joy from Vodacom. I asked Lebogang to please escalate it and still no feedback.</p> <p> </p> <p>27 May another debit order of R1000+ went off my account and i reversed it again because no-one wants to sort out my account. This is really inconviencing me and i would like someone to sort this account out and i will continue to pay R219.00 per month and that R368.00 for April.</p> <p> </p> <p>When i took out the contract i paid pro-rata for MAy and still you want to charge me for MAy 2016.</p> <p> </p> <p>This is a *******, please sort out my account nad listen to that recording i had with the online sales agent.</p>
