Sony Z3 Comp cracked screen

Vodacom care job nr: ***1<br> -Sony Z3 Compact - First the main camera stopped working 3 weeks after I received my Z3 compact. Send it in to Vodacom Care. 2 weeks later I received a refurbished phone back. Only to have the screen crack from bottom to top while sitting on the counter for no reason at all. This is a known issue and you can find several post on the net regarding this, if you Google \Sony Z3 screen crack"you'll find hundreds. Now Vodacom want to charge me R3300 for fixing a refurbished unit? There is no physical damage to the phone except for the screen that cracked. No sign of any scratches bumps"
