Sony Z2 B.E.R Report Done by SSS is False

To whom it may Concern<br> <br> I had my Sony Z2 taken to Vodacom East gate customer care to book the phone in for a Warranty fix last year and told them the truth which does not mean anything to people these days that the phone no longer boots and is operable switches on but gets a triangle with a bar running on the bottom of the screen and does not boot to sue the phone, I told them I left it in the bathroom with me so maybe some steam got in. They then told me that they sent the phone to SSS to get repaired and it was Beyond economical Repair and then blacklisted the phone on Vodacom. In the beginning of Jan 2016 I took the phone to Smart fix Cellular in Kempton to let the guy take a look at it to get a second opinion and he got back to me and told me the phone had being repaired and had no water damage inside the phone and that it had never being opened before by anyone. He then further told me that he had to reinstall the software and it works now on any other network besides Vodacom as of *********** staff at SSS. I then phoned Vodacom *** to get to the top level management to speak to them about using someone else to repair phones and get my phone unblocked and was ignore
