Sony Xperia M4 Aqua

<p>Gave in a 6month old phone to be repaired twice.</p> <p>Device reboots itself, wipes everything and don't want to update applications or install applications. First time all my data was also erased and Vodacom refunded me.</p> <p> </p> <p>My problem is now, I gave it in for repairs at Vodaworld in Midrand, they told me the motherboard was replaced. Yesterday I arranged for someone to collect my phone because I live far, and today when I wanted to use it but I noticed that the phone was totally exchanged.</p> <p> </p> <p>My phone was not even 6 months old. It was in a great condition. Had no scratches on and had a brand new screen protector on for the value of R175.00</p> <p> </p> <p>The relacedment phone I received is scrached and doesn't even have a screen protector on. I want to stop my contract at Vodacom because service like this is unacceptable. I pay for a brand new phone which I took care off only to receive a second hand phone in return because the problem couldn't be fixed!!!!!!!!!!</p> <p>I wrote a few reviews to Sony Mobile to, but their service is so poor no one haven't even responded.</p>
