Sony Xperia M4 Aqua

Upgraded on 28/02/2016. Had to get a micro sim. Micro sim was only activated on 02/03/2016. I went to Vodacom in Kolonnade 3 times during that week and no one was able to help me quicker. I also made various calls to Vodacom customer care. I had the phone for 3 days and couldn't use it because of the network. Phone gave me problems but Vodacom in Kolonnade did not assist me. They wanted to send the phone in and leave me without a phone, but what happened to the 7day return policy??? At end March the phone freezed and didn't want to switch on again. We had to reset it. After a 2 hour struggle it came back on but all internal storage was lost. Again Vodacom couldn’t assist on what the problem might have been. Last week Thursday evening the phone was lying on my bed and it froze again. It didn’t want to switch on. We had to reset it on the side at the "off" button where you add your memory card. It came back on. We had to do the whole setup again as if we were using the phone for the first time. It took all my existing data and airtime and all internal memory + apps was deleted that I downloaded extra. I recharged 21/07/2016 with R39 to add some data to download some apps again so that the phone can work and I can use it. All my data was used up even though I just downloaded BBM and Whatsapp. All the other things that wanted to update like my software etc. I stopped and didn’t do it because I didn’t have enough data. I restricted all my apps immediately. On the 22/07/2016 I recharged again with R80 so that I can update my software. My software did not update but all my data and airtime was finished. I went to Vodacom in Fochville because we relocated and the lady was very helpful BUT she couldn't do anything for me. In her own words she told me that she will be charging me R150 admin fee to send it to Potchefstroom and she can promise me they will not fix it because they normally just fix the problem after they received it for the 3rd time. She advised me to take the phone to Alberton Repairs which will be done this week. BUT I JUST WANTED TO SAY HOW UNIMPRESSED I AM WITH SOME VODACOM SHOPS. THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS POOR AND ARE NOT HELPFUL AT ALL. I have to drive around from Vodacom to Vodacom on my own expense. If the first Vodacom just helped me none of this would have happened. The service is POOR. I pay for a contract phone which for the last week I cannot use and don't want to recharge because I am too scared that it will take all my data or airtime. If I go to a Vodacom shop no one seems to want to help me! I really think I should get a new phone because my data and airtime will not be refunded. And where in life if you don’t even use a phone it freezes and everything is lost? In today’s life people cannot go without a phone. I know I can't. Most of my business is done on it. POOR POOR POOR and very disappointed. One of my contracts are due for upgrade but I will never ever upgrade again so Vodacom lost a customer and I will never ever prefer SONY to anyone.
