Sony mobile phones

<p>Bought a Sony M4 Aqua in October 2015 from Vodacom outlet in Richards Bay (Nkwazi/Boardwalk shopping mall). Device failed in July 2016. Handed in device for repairs on 2 August 2016 and later told it cannot be repaired. Two months later(3 October 2016) I received a Sony M5 device (apparently a reconditioned device) as a replacement. This replacement device failed on 6 October 2016. Device in for repairs. Now without a phone. No faith in Sony! Battling to get a refund.</p>
