Sony M2 AQUA Repair
I handed in my phone on 14Oct after it stopped reading the sim card. I was told it had to be sent to Sony in JHB to check it out.

So after a couple of days I got a message stating that the phone has been repaired and got sent back to Vodacom. Then another day or so later when I asked when I could get it back, I was told that when the phone got back to Vodacom, they realized that the dial pad didn't work - so they sent it back to Sony.

A week later when I asked for a status update again, I was told that they repaired the device and sent it back to Vodacom - and guess what? At Vodacom they saw that now all of a sudden the phone's power button doesn't work.

So I would really love to know A) how qualified these people are that are doing the repairs and B) how long this circle of pathetic service is going to continue?

Surely you get to a point where you realize that it might be uneconomical to repair? Especially when it was your \repairs"that did most of the damage??

Please sort this out.
JOB Number: ***6
"""
