sony experia z3 waterproof phone
on the 30.09.2015 I upgraded to a sony experia z3 waterproof phone. on the 31.10.15 I had it in clear water with all ports closed except the earphone jack as this is not supposed to be sealed. All of a sudden the phone said earphones connected I immediately knew that water mustbe getting through earphones jack. the phone started vibrating and it stopped working. I took it in to cellucity where I purchased the phone. I received the phone back on the 11.10 and was told its not covered as it is water damaged, I then decided to write to Vodacom repairs they declared it will not be repaired as it water damage.Job number ***<br> I send two other e mails with no reply .My response was that if Vodacom did a pressure test to confirm exactly where the phone leaked . This is the procedure to be followed as per Sony. I had the phone for one month and used like it is supposed to be used . I want a new phone or a report with pressure test to confirm that the damage was due to my neglicence
