NEVER EVER BUY A SONY FROM VODACOM!!!<br> My phone screen cracked in my pocket so I took my phone in for a warranty claim. They gave a quotation for R4750 and I refuse to pay it because it is a warranty claim. Vodacom told me that they don't get any support form Sony and that they can't help me, I f I had a samsung or a iphone they could have made a plan for me. Sony said that it was a physical abuse and that is the reason why they will not fix it. I have tried to contact sony to get proof of physical abuse, but they don't answer their phones. The sales person at vodacom only wants to make money and don't tell you about after sales services and if the phone brakes its your own problem, I will never renew a contract at vodacom again!!
