SOMEONE WILL PHONE ME BACK!!! 😂 WHAT A JOKE

I have been trying to get a contract reversed since Jan 29th 2025....LAST YEAR!.... same story EVERY TIME!.. they will escalate it to back office and someone will come back to me... guess what... NEVER HAPPENS. The contract that was supposed to be upgraded never got upgraded and they upgraded the wrong number... which was actually a data only Sim... so they upgraded the contract which should have been done in the first place but never reversed the other number back to a data only contract.
