SOMEONE TRIED TO DO A SIM SWAP ON MY NUMBER !!!! This is crazy!!!!

What is going on with Vodacom’s security?! I have just received a notice that I requested a sim swap for my phone number. I have not requested a sim swap ever!!!! This is ridiculous. I then immediately called customer care to report ***** and protect my number. I need more reassurance because now I’m scared and full of anxiety. How can someone do this? Please help! I need help! My phone number is very important to me! This is my personal and business life at risk here. Vodacom please do better.
