someone from vodacom authorised a *****ulant upgrade on my name

I would like to complain about the poor service Vodacom has given me for the past 3 months I am a Vodacom contract client and was due for an upgrade of my contract this year around August I was firstly debited R1358.99 on the 25th August 2016 I then called Vodacom customer care to ask why I was debited this amount the lady I had spoken to couldn’t tell me why I was billed so much when I had a standard contract which was R405 as the handset I had purchased is a Apple Air Ipad and you cannot receive sms's or calls on it it was a data only contract and after the data that Vodacom had loaded for me on a monthly basis ran out I would recharge it myself she then transferred me to a colleague of hers by the name OF Nigel who then asked me if I had two contract handsets and I had rep**** No I only have one Vodacom handset he then said that on their system it reflects that I had recently upgraded my contract and that I had purchased a Apple Iphone I was shocked and couldn’t believe this Nigel then said he would find out for me what had happened and that he would call me back 2 weeks past and I still didn’t receive any feedback in regards to my issue I then reversed the R1358.99 and waited for someone to call me. On the third week I called Vodacom customer care again and explained my whole story to the consultant and the consultant advised me that my contract was in error so he said that I should pay in the R405 as per my contract and then someone from the Finance department will give me a call to query the balance of the amount that was left over on from the amount I was previously charged I did as he had advised me weeks pasted and I still didn’t receive any calls from Vodacom I then called again on the 27/09/2016 to cancel my contract and this time I was transferred to cancellations I also had to retell my story again a guy said that he would open up a ***** case for me and said I should send a copy of my I.D,3 months bank statement and a affidavit stating that I had not upgraded my contract and he also gave me a ref no. 1 - ********** 9238 and that I should write this number on top of the pages of the paper work I was send and fax it to ********** 082 I did as he said and weeks later I still didn’t receive any response from Vodacom. I called again Vodacom again on the 18/10/2016 this time I was irritated ,frustrated because I had loaded my Ipad with data and wanted to use it for my sons project and found out that my Ipad had been locked the lady I spoke to said that my case was being reviewed and that I should call the following day the ref. no for this call was 1- ********** 3294.I then called back today which is the 21/10/2016 and a lady by the name of Yvonne attended me I briefed her about my story and I asked to speak to her super visor or manage because I was tired of telling my story all over again and not receiving any assistance instead I was being inconvienced because I can't use my Ipad someone who worked at Vodacom has allowed someone(they probably know) to upgrade my contract without my consent and that alone tells me that Vodacom is an ************* service provider and that my personal information isn’t safe with them and I do not know what else that person(Vodacom employee who authorized the upgrade) has done with my information. I am disappointed at Vodacom's service.
