Someone else's tablet returned to me

<p>I submitted my tablet to Vodacom in Menlyn for repairs, got it in March 2017 and it broke in April 2017. After many misleading smses it is being repaired it is fices it is being repaired I was informed that it was repaired and sent to Menlyn but Menlyn tested it and returned it as it was not working. The next day I received another sms I can go fetch it at Menlyn which I did. Got home put my sim in and what do I see, other peoples photos. So, I assume this is not my tablet that Vodcaom could not get mine fixed and then gave me one from someone else which they maybe replaced that person's with a new one and then fixed it afterwards. This is totally unacceptable, I logged a call yesterday about my debit order payment that is incorrect and about the service on this tablet's repairs, but now I am astounded! I now would like a new tablet as I do not trust that I will get mine back and if they are struggling to fix it I don't want it anymore!!!</p>
