Some Vodacom sales people are dishonest and wants to make sales

They always phone and tell you because you have been a good client that you are rewarded and will receive extra benefits at no cost and no extension then you say you dont want anything on your statement to change and extended they say no only you will receive more benefit then you agree then you get your statement and the price increased about R400. Happend to me twice now. I heard that there is alot of people that this is happening to.
