I had 150 vodabucks that just disappeared in a second without me using them. As soon as I called customer care (business), I was told to call at 8am tomorrow morning. The audecity to be asked do this on an Easter Sunday of all days. Kindly advise me in detail how you just deducted these without an actual purchase on my part.
