"Solutions lab" cannot come up with A Solution

I have a contact with Vodacom, however the cellphone number I was provided with, belonged to someone else. I recieve calls throughout the day for that person which is really frustrating. I also recieve sms's with that person's personal information such as banking transactions, SAR's etc. Is this not in contravention of the POPI act? I also recieve Whatsapps mind you. I don't wan't to see another persons banking detials or private data/chats because I wouldn't like anyone seeing mine.

I spoke to a second Vodacom agent today (12/04/2017 @ around 11:30AM). The explanation was so nonsense. The agent is average (disinterested and unphased). The call cut off, she didn't call me back. She indicated there's no solution, but I told her the solution is that Vodacom can either cancel my contract or give me a different number (unused ofcourse). There's always a solution, people must think.
