Sold wrong tablet now have to wait days for refund

I had a look at a Lenovo tablet in their Langeberg Mall (Hartenbos) store 2/3 weeks ago and was told it was the S6000 Idea.(which I today found out from Lenovo was discontinued months ago) No branches had stock and they would order one. Received a call on Saturday, went to the shop and was told that even though it says Lenovo A10 on the box, when she scans the item it says it's a S6000 and A10 is probably just another code for the same item. When I switched the tablet on at home I saw that the graphics was poorer than the one we looked at. I also looked at the tablet properties - said A10. I checked the different Lenovo products on the internet and saw that there is indeed a A10 and a S6000 and they are not the same thing.Returned the tablet to the shop, they communicated with their HO, after refusing to do a refund, because the slip says it's a S6000. HO told them that the A10 is the follow-up on the S6000. My point is - I ordered a S6000, was told I'm buying a S6000 ,was sold something else of different quality which was not what I ordered. Why do I need to wait for days for a refund and get attitude at the shop when the staff is not fami**** with the products they are selling.
