sold me a rejected phone

On the 22nd of June 2014 I went to purchase a phone at a Vodashop in montclair because vodacom has always been loyal to me,only to find that the Vodashop I went to was the start of a bad dream the phone I purchased was faulty the charging slot was faulty rhe battery didn't go beyond 47% nd even worse the phone that I tht was a demo pone was actually my phone. I took it back the next day they told me thell send it for repairs instead of giving me a new one and so they did,7 months down the line I had the same problem again! I took it back nd they told me that the charging slot isn't on warranty nd they went ahead with fixing it without my concern that I'd have to pay when picking it up,its not even ICESA approved, how can they actually go ahead with fixing a phone without consulting me first. I'm very much disgusted with how they opparate..my phone has no serial number nd there isn't no Job number on the slip they gave me for repairs,o wait I forgot they actually write down slips by hand, which I've never seen being done in any vodacom shop.
