Sold me a broken tablet

I bought a new tablet & protector at their store I then asked for a new sim card so I can also rica it but I did not have proof address with me so I asked if I should do it the next day the whole process then they said I can bring it the next day with the tab this was on the 9th Sept I then came back with the proof of address but did not enough time so they promised to rica it and bring it to me which they did after 2hrs then I charged for 4hrs but it would not go on so I went back to them and told them they guy charged it again for 5mins but same thing happened he then confirmed that something was wrong with it they promised to take it back & issue a new one to me but then I received an sms saying it has gone for repairs I then went back to them & told them that I was buying a new tab not something broken I then asked them to refund me the lady told me no and I have to wait for the one and I said I don't want it I want money she then walked away & when she came back she said the manager will call on Saturday when he/she's in until today that never happened. I do not want a new tablet I just want my money as she was not helpful she seemed very irrate with me & walked out on me.<br>
