sold me a broken phone
On Saturday I took out a contract by Vodacom in Somerset Mall near entrance 3. This phone does not work. I phoned back and the lady told my Vodacom has a problem with its Network. Why sell me a phone if there's problems with the Network then I could have gone to MTN. Yesterday they told my they have sorted it out and I must wait another day. This morning it's still not working. How can I cancel this contract because this is pathetic how can u sell something that doesn't work????
