Sold goods I reserved

Hi I came into store, looking for tempered glass protector for an iPhone 6.<br> <br> Found one and asked the lady to keep it aside while I finished my breakfast, would be back in twenty minutes to buy it and have it fitted.<br> <br> Came back after that time to find another consultant, selling the last one reserved for me in front of my face on top of it! To another customer????<br> <br> Then proceeded to try sell me a more expensive type of protector which I don't want/or need to make up for the absolute lack of collaboration with other staff.<br> <br> I have been to about 7 Vodacom stores looking for the cover and finally found one and due to incompetence it gets sold.<br> <br> Stay in the east rand, and cannot come back tomorrow to try and get one, that they promised would be here.<br> <br> Thoroughly not impressed.<br>
