sold a returned phone

I purchased a phone at vodacom in phoenix plaza.the sales consultant opened the seal of the phone and advised that he needs to take the phone to the back of the store to scan ..when i brougt the phone home it was already used with someone elses details.iam frustrated and furious and trust me Iam getting my attorneys involved.
