Sold a product that doesnt exist

In 2018 Vodacom called and offered to change my package from per min billing to per second billing and i agreed to migrate my package. 20 March 2019 i called to enquire about my call charges and discovered that I'm not on call per second and that i was billed R 1.80 per min. I asked for the recording of my migration as i know what i agreed to and my request was escalated, dealt with internally and closed without me being notified or updated. I called and another escalation was done. Got a called that advised that im not charged R1.80 and that im being billed per second, got another call that advised that i'm going to be changed to my old package (which has already been done without consent) as voda doesn't have per second billing. How did voda sell me a product they don't have? how was my package changed to a product that doesn't exist? how did my monthly fee increase? so everything changed on my side but the service didn't change on their side. I'm utterly disappointed at vodacom for this and don't even wish to upgrade my contract which has expired according to a consultant i spoke to on 20 feb 2019 and only in June according to another i spoke to lastweek. Again conflicting information given to me.

I'm still waiting for a call from vodacom, i am not surprised though because all the other consultants i spoke to promised to call me back but didn't.
