SOLD A FAULTY PHONE

My name is Nash Manatsi, my iPhone 6 had a problem in downloading the latest software I then took it to an Apple Store who advised my it was a hard ware problem. They then advised me to take it to Vodacom since the phone was purchased there. The guy that assisted me at vodaworld did not have the cable for an iPhone so he took me to a vodka shop and advised me this was a minor problem he could download the software as long as my phone was backed up. He started downloading the software and the phone got stuck on iTunes until today, he then told me he could book the phone for repairs and offered me a loan phone an iPhone 5c. Now the guys at your repair Centre are telling me the phone was bent I need to pay R5000, mind you the phone was working when I took it you guys and iPhone had told me it's a hardware problem, your guy had told me it was being sent for repairs and I it wasn't aware of it bent

Lindiwe`s reply
Please note that this unit has a hardware problem and needs to be replaced which we cannot process under warranty due to physical damages. If the quote is not accepted we will have to send it back as it is.( She actually agrees the phone is faulty/hardware problem)
