Sold a faulty device and matter completely ignored

I'm here from Twitter since I'm not getting any response there. I returned a Samsung Galaxy Note 20 on the 14th of November phone for Out of box failure. I stated in the OBF form that the phone overheats, I even went as far as saying WHEN it overheats, even mentioned that this overheating causes the battery to underperform.

Phone is back from inspection, result is OBF rejected because phone passed inspection. But I haven't seen a report that indicates that my claims are false, and that the phone was checked for overheating and terrible battery performance.

A R20000 phone can't even go 3 minutes with the camera or GPS without heating up. I'm supposed to pay for that, for the next 24 months, and use it.

Why don't you test the thing I am complaining about. Don't be sending me a checklist telling me the camera is working and on and off button is working. I never said these things aren't working... I said the phone OVERHEATS. That's what you all should have verified. This phone is waaay too expensive to put up with such a glitch. Imagine spending so much money to use a phone that can't even get through 30 minutes of GPS without heating up. A phone that hangs. A phone that gets so hot that my only option is switching it off because it's now frozen and won't work anymore. Please fix this problem guys. This is causing me a great deal of stress. Come month end, I pay you what I owe you. I've never missed a single payment with all my contracts. To make me pay for a faulty device is really unfair.
