Sold A ****py phone

I have been to Vodacom Greenstone three times since I bought a contract phone in August. The phone has been returned to me every time in the same condition I took it to them . One of the sales reps even had the audacity to tell me to use the speaker phone since the earpiece has never worked . This phone is hardly four months old and I have never even used it for longer than a week. I cant even cancel the contract because I will have to pay out the rest of the contract for a phone that does not work . And every time I take it to Greenstone it takes way over a month to get the phone back as no one is ever sure where to phone is. ******* services.
