Sold A Bunch of Lies

On Tuesday 19 November 2019 a received a phone call from a Vodacom authorised dealer/affiliate who sold me a data contract. This person informed me that he sees that I buy a lot of data during the month on my two main contracts and that he can offer me a 10Gig contract for R149 a month. I can then transfer this data to my numbers when I run out of data instead of buying additional data. Today I phoned Vodacom Customer Service and asked them to explain to me how this data transfer can be done as it was explained to me on Tuesday. I was then informed by Tandeka that I cannot transfer allocated airtime and data, but only airtime and data that I have loaded myself. But this is not the information that the gentleman told me on Tuesday. And that was the reason why I signed up for the additional contract. I received a message to say that the sim card will be delivered today (21 November 2019). I will not accept the sim card or contract as I was sold a lie and misinformed by the Vodacom approved/affiliated business.

The business' telephone numbers are: ***; ***; ***; ***. Yes they tried to phone me a few times on Tuesday.

Vodacom, get your approved/affiliated businesses/partners the correct information or I take my business elsewhere.
