softlock

Account been softlock 5 times in last week!!!!! Tired of vodacom i have two top up contracts. Accounts not in arrears paid up to date and still i get softlocked. Have logged complaint with vodacom nelspruit. No feedback from vodacom... still neen softlocked twice today. With message mandatory account limited reached subscriber soflocked. *** vodacom my limited not even reached how can it be im on top up? Vodacom has become the worst network provider by far.
