"Soft lock"
<p>Three days of trying to get rid of some mysterious limit on my Vodacom account and getting locked out every night! Cannot get through to Accounts, not even the Vodacom shops can get hold of them!!! At the shop they unlock the lines, only to get locked again at night!!!!</p>
