So useless (or perhaps just plain *****ulant) that they can't even process a cancellation!

I previously posted reports on the extremely poor and frustrating service that I've been receiving from Vodacom (bot network-wise as well as service-wise) on 25 March, 11 April, 18 April, 21 July as well as 1 Aug - all of which are based on a problem that started way back in July-August 2016 and still hasn't been resolved. The fact that after all of this this matter still haven't been resolved is a good example of what you can expect from Vodacom. I then realized last week that besides this matter, they also failed to cancel another data-contract that I took out with them in 2014 and cancelled in 2016 when the contract expired. They now claim that I "didn't cancel" the previous contract (ironically they claim this whilst they're also in the process of not being able to effectively process the cancellation of my current contract!!) and requested that I must provide them with the date and time of the phonecall in which I requested the cancellation of the previous contract - as if I will remember that from 14-15 months ago - the same period during which I have now been paying that contract without having used in single Kilobyte of data (which they can clearly see on their system) as I was under the impression that it was indeed cancelled. I'm actually even busy buying additional data bundles on my other contract for the very reason that I cancelled this contract "in question". So frustrating! Conveniently to Vodacom the reason why I only realized this now is the fact that I couldn't open my statements that they've been e-mailing to me even after I downloaded the software via the direct links that they sent on the exact same e-mails as the invoices?! And not even the people in their "statement or online/app depts" can explain to me why it won't open or what I can do in order to be able to see the statements! So now I'm still busy paying for both contracts whilst I'm waiting for their "resolutions dept" to contact me - which was apparentely supposed to happen within 24-48 hours after I logged the first request back in July... it's now 7 August but I'm still waiting - and still paying for service that I'm still not receiving. The biggest joke is that according to a guy from Vodacom's network dept who phoned me last week (to explain to me that they can't resolve the problems that I'm experiencing - after he asked me the exact same set of questions that his colleagues asked me more than a year ago when I already experienced the same problem (so why did I have to pay for another year's lack-of-service?!), their "resolutions dept" apparentely did try to get hold of me on my phone but couldn't get through because of the disrupting lack-of-signal related problems that I've been experiencing - how ironic (and convenient to Vodacom!) is that?! They did however coveniently ignore the fact that I do state clearly on my voicemail message that because of Vodacom's poor service I am not receiving some of my calls as well as voicemails and that people must thus rather just please rather e-mail me instead of leaving voice messages - and yes they do obviously have my e-mail address as they do still send me my expensive bills each month - but it seems as if they're trying to milk me for longer based on the very reason that I'm (trying) to cancel my contract(s) with them. Absolute **********, stay away from them at all costs!
