So unbelievable

I was called by a lady from vodacom direct and told me that I am paying more for less, then i will get more for less , little did i know that my invoice will come inflated with +~1000 rands. How can they do this to us as customers. They even say all calls are recorded i want that record. So disappointing that this hige network provider can do this to me.😭😭😭. People please don’t trust any agent calling from reputable companies anymore.
