SO SO FRUSTRATED :(
<p>Iam so frastrated with vodacom. i was called for selling data package on the 25th August 2016 which i liked and received it on the 30th August 2016 when a week later i started to get the bill that i was never told about which i disputed immediatley by calling vodacom customer care. i called every day to sort it out but without any luck. i got about 3 references in my interaction with over 10 people (Thabiso,Nomi,Mary,Siyabonga,Thulani,DK,sibongile,Moja,Thoko,Chistine,Mfundo,Melisha) who could not give me solution, now i decided they must take their package but even more frustrating I cannot return it becouse is over 14 days. i have 4 contracts which i have with vodacom for many years before i get offered the 5th one, all the phones are blocked because of one stupid phone call I received on the 25 August 2016.</p> <p>A month later my quiry was closed due to their own reason.</p>

after my complaint a person called Rashieda Jattiem contacted me to so called resolving the problem. she promised to keep me posted, only today the 29/11/2016 12:16 i get a message that your request is declined with no phone call or atleast a number where I can contact her. firstly my quiry was closed without solving my problem now request decliened, not only me but my other 3 family members phones are suspanded and I am expected to pay for the account. no one is giving me any satisfying respond. i keep on wondering why I was sold the 5th contract in the 1st place. i asked the person to help reverse the contract, the device and everything that I received with still in same condition as I receive it, i didnt know what Iam putting myself in for.
