So rude and unhelpful

With my resent data dispute with vodacom that was a still pending , this person calls me and was so rude and did not know what customer service is or how to attend to a problem , if all calls are recorded i would like a manager to listen to the way this person handles customer service , she never even said good bye or find out if its handled to my satisfaction be for just blocking my number as well as my wife number which was fully paid , ONLY the data dispute bill was not paid as it was still pending , the last person i spoke to at vodacom was able to tell me everything that was happening on my account as well as sort out my problem . if that was the person who had called me in the first place there would have never been a problem , this person has made me so upset that once both my contracts are over and i have completely used up all my free benefits with the contracts , i will never renew them at vodacom after been a customer for ten years and never not paid a bill once or even been late for a payment till the data dispute . i would love for a manager to call me and let me know if anything will be done about this , because if i call nobody important is available . ref ***.
