<p>I purchased a gig of data and after an hour when I checked my balance i still have not received my data as it was showing 0.00. Called the customer care and spoke to Simbulele Bokuva and she checked for me to see what was going on. Sidenote: I had to explain the problem 3 or 4 times for her to understand what my problem was, then i preceded to hold on for some time. She then advised me that she can see that i recharged with the airtime amount equivalent to the data amount. however she cannot see me purchasing the 1gig data, she then asked if I am sure i did not leave my data on. I said no, because I purchased the gig and I have the confirmation sms that I purchased the gig. The lady is implying that I left my mobile data on and my airtime was then used for internet connection, i now pose a question to you Vodacom. I recharged with the exact amount and I purchased the 1 gig from that amount. I have the sms confirming that i purchased the 1 gig and when it expires. If I left my data on and it connected to the internet, when i purchased the gig it would have returned a message that I have insufficient funds to purchase, however it did not do this, it sent me an sms confirming that the gig purchase was succesful. I purchased a gig and I did not receive it! Please note that I want what I had purchased</p>
