So... Next day delivery

I ordered 2 tablets 28 December 2017 at 11;00 am. According to the. Vodacom site it guarentees next day delivery. So Friday came.... No tablets. Monday is here.... No tablets. Phone Vodacom 4 times.... Hang up, transfer, Transfer, transfer, hang up. Called again, 4 transfers again, hold for more than 10 minutes. Then.... I was told I had to wait another 5 working days. Then I was transferred and guess what.... Hang up.

Still unacceptable. Got an email stating that I had to scroll to terms and conditions. Please read what I wrote. Thursday at 11 I placed an order. But 2 working days later... Still waiting for next day delivery. I was promised on Thursday that by Friday I would have my tablets, then Friday I was promised that Tuesday I would have them... Well. Now it is Tuesday and i have confirmation that I would get it Wednesday. I'll probably say the same thing tomorrow
