So frustrated I could scream!

My cellphone contract was due for upgrade. I decided not to upgrade and rather wait until the contract expiry date and cancel it because I am paying too much and getting too little. I went to Chats Cellular at Greenstone Mall on the 30th of May 2016, after being advised on the phone that my contract will expire on the 1st of June 2016. On this contract, I had 2 devices, a tablet and a cellphone. I asked to cancel both. I was then advised on the amazing deal on offer at the time where I can get a wireless router @ R329 p/m for 10gigs. It seemed like a sweet deal, I asked all the questions under the sun and when I felt I was satisfied, I signed on the dotted line. I was told that my 01 June debit order would be the last one where I pay the usual amount that I've been paying. From 01 July onwards, I will pay R329 only as my previous contract has been cancelled, and I will receive 10gigs and it would be effective immediately. For the month of June, I received nothing near 10gigs of data. Then came the 01st of July and R879 or so was deducted from my account. I called Vodacom in a panic, and I was told that my contract actually only expired on the 06th of June and not the 01st, and that according to their records, I have upgraded to a WiFi router for R410 per month for 4gigs. So from the 01st of June to the 06th of June, the services I used were worth more than R400????? I immediately went back to Greenstone where I signed the contract to query the issue. I was assured that it was a head office error and it would be rectified within a week and they would sort it out and give me feedback. I am still waiting A week later, I called the Vodacom customer care centre and told them my story as well: I received less data than i should've in June and I paid more than I should've in July, please can this be sorted out. I was transferred from one person to the next, and eventually I was told that the matter would be investigated further and I would get feedback within 48 hours. That was a week ago. I am still waiting.

What irritates me is that Vodacom is super professional and delivers service when its time for them to convince you to buy one of their products or services. When something is wrong and you need them to really step up, they play an epic game of "don't call us, we'll call you". I want this sorted urgently. This makes no sense to me!
