SO FAR SO GOOD....
I called Vodacom to query the data on my contract. I was so lucky to be assisted by Andile. I was totally surprised by her willingness to find out the possibilities and then her returned phone called to me to keep me in the loop. I would give 5 stars but am waiting to see if I get what was promised. So far very good.
