so big and powerful their customer is always wrong

i am so tired of spending what is now almost R4000.00 pm on the pure frustration supp**** to me daily by vodacom. i have an ongoing complaint with them about not having network coverage where i stay sometimes there is but it is so poor you cant do anything and sometimes there just isn't any. they keep telling me about this planned tower or booster or whatever invisible non existent **** they plan on erecting near to where i stay but keep feeding me some load of garbage about how the community is making it hard for them. i have the option to cancel my contracts with them but then i must return all my devices (after all the money i've spent) or purchase them outright (like i have that kind of cash laying around!!) they do nothing to go the extra mile or provide customer satisfaction once they have you all signed up you are their *****! And now to fuel my outrage i have been without network coverage at my workplace the whole day but hey vodacom is investigating YEAH RIGHT!!! i have given them my exact location how hard can it be to figure out the problem. I have nothing good to say about Vodacom i will never recommend them to anyone not even my worst enemy! They are worse than Eskom!
