I reported a case of someone trying to *****ulently open an account using my name in June 2023 .In November 2023 Vodacom legal was calling me for an unpaid account .Vodacom has listed me with the credit bureus satinf I have missed 4 months payment .Now it is December 2023 and I am still trying to get an official letter from Vodacom saying the y have investigated and what is the outcome. I have received a poorly written email from someone calling themselves Sibongile ,mind you without any signature or a letter head (Vodacom} Vodacom is pathetic but I only need an official letter , my expectations cannot be higher than that. I am convinced that "Sibongile: is the *****ster at Vodacom. The bar cannot be so low. Below is the so-called Vodacom email "Subject: EC-1M1A-2IQI38
