Sneaky Vodacom *****ing money

Vodacom you are absolute ****. Since December 2016 you have just stopped sending smses informing customers that their data is almost finished. What happens then? We get billed astronomical amounts for out of bundle rates because we don't realise our bundles have run out! Touché on this sneaky way of getting even more money from us than you are already making with your overpriced products. I am not the only one complaining about this.

Seriously, fix it!!! How come you could have sent an sms all these years and now suddely stop?

Reviewer Update

I recieved an SMS today from one of your customer care personnel saying that "an investigation has been completed and your billing was found to be correct". THAT'S NOT WHAT I COMPLAINED ABOUT!!!

I didn't once mention anything about my account or billing in the original complaint. I don't need an "investigation" of any sort.. I merely complained about you not sending smses warning your customers that their data is almost finished anymore... so.. thanks for your "investigation" but no thanks... What's more is, I recieved 2 gigs data together with the aforementioned sms as an "act of goodwill" that is supposed to be of no charge to me. BUT when I log onto My Vodacom and check my balances... you actually HAVE in fact billed me R249 for those 2 gigs...

Please resolve my ACTUAL complaint this time and deduct the R249 you billed me for YOUR gift of goodwill to ME which I must now pay.
