Sneaky double bundle charges
As if not constantly being pestered to take a monthly data package isn't enough. Now I buy a R115 1gb data bundle and suddenly I'm prompted to buy a second one where the confirm option used to be after selecting the bundle, I never bother ready these things because the steps have never changed, now I have to pay an extra R30 for a 1gb whatsapp bundle? Why would I need a whatsapp bundle and why was this hidden behind my normal 1gb bundle! I don't want a damn whatsapp bundle! Why isn't this in it's own seperate section. How many people are being ******* in this way?

12 Nov 2019, 14:19No. You decided this is resolved! Don't tell me I need to read the prompts in future and do nothing about it! Sure if I am mistaken and didn't read properly, how do you not offer any way to revert from 1 wrong click!? No way to do a refund or say hey I made a mistake, take back your bundle, nothing! I feel deceived! As a long standing Vodacom customer I am very disappointed in this! I had R30 left which I needed to call client with and I don't have any money left to buy more data, and now I'm just *****ed and "should read better in future". Absolute nonsense!
